GOT QUESTIONS?
We’ve Got Answers.
Everything you need to know about our trips, the Travel Committee, and how to join the adventure.
The Bears of South Florida is a volunteer-led nonprofit and IRS 501(c)(3) charity based in Fort Lauderdale. We bring the bear community together through events, fundraising, and good times — and we've donated over $200,000 to local LGBTQ+ nonprofits.
Browse our upcoming trips, click View Details on any destination, and follow the booking instructions. The Travel Committee handles everything from there.
Solo travelers are absolutely welcome. Most of our bears travel solo and leave with a crew. That is kind of the whole point.
It varies by trip. Each destination page lists exactly what is covered — flights, accommodations, excursions, and any extras will all be spelled out before you book.
As early as possible. Spots fill fast and we cannot guarantee availability the closer it gets to the departure date.
